Here's a thing about branching paths. I find myself in a conversation with @lauraritchie @taniasheko, and I want to bring in @actualham @cogdog @daniellynds @catherinecronin @Dan_Blick @mdvfunes @fgraver and so on and so on
Because for the first time I'm concerned that the noise on timelines here might mean a conversation is missed. And maybe I hope this discussion of faith, truth and lenses is critical to us all.
This is a question about how mastodon works, how things surface.
@katebowles I love so much that you said this at the *very moment* I was lurking in that conversation in my Home timeline. So, I completely agree and want to be able to add people, branch and reconnect, respect people wanting to drop off. Also, it's cool that I could, w the tiniest bit of activation energy/suspension of introversion, insert myself in that extremely interesting "lenses" conversation.
