Until a few years ago in Poland there used to be a local bus line 666 to Hel, but the number was changed after Catholics complained 🙄
Now Flixbus opened a line 666 from Kraków to Hel, so it's finally back ;3

Superstitious folk will no doubt breathe a sigh of relief as national airline Finnair announced the retirement of its infamous Friday 13th flight, AY 666 to HEL. The flight, which originates in Copenhagen and lands in Helsinki, touched down for the last time on Friday. However passengers can still fly from SIN to HEL.
@rail what about a metal festival in Hel, called "Hel Fest", so that metal fans can travel with line 666.
I think there's is quite some potential in this idea.
@el_ulri @rail A friend of mine in the US was able to buy a one way ticket (bus) to Paradise, though the ticket seller had clearly had that request a *few* times before...
(The ticket was from Virginville via Intercourse, though a bad turn would have had them in Blue Ball...)
(MOAR EDITZ: it's only a few minutes from Intercourse to Paradise it seems: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yESBVlvuE_s )

@rail That's so weird to me. I was raised Catholic and "666" was strictly some pop culture horror movie bullshit.
I once worked somewhere they directed me to skip making files in alphanumeric when they contained "666" and I laughed my ass off until the person, with no smile at all, let me know they were very serious about it.
They were evangelical Protestant.

Scared of a string of digits, eh?
