Afghanistan 🇦🇫#کابل؛ ۷۲ تن از کارکنان #هلالاحمر_افغانی از پروگرام های آموزشی فارغ التحصیل شدند

آمریت #ارتقای_ظرفیت ریاست امور کارکنان هلالاحمر افغانی، برای ۷۲ تن از کارکنان ریاستهای مختلف دفتر مرکزی این اداره، پروگرام های آموزشی در #بخشهای سوادآموزی، کمپیوتر، حسن خط و زبان انگلیسی برگزار کرده بود که در پایان سند #فراغت به آنان توزیع شد.
در مراسمی که به همین مناسبت برگزار شده بود، محترم شیخالحدیث شهابالدین دلاور، رئیس عمومی هلالاحمر افغانی، محترم حافظ عزیزالرحمن معاون ایشان، مولوی محمد ابراهیم محمدی نماینده وزارت معارف، و شماری از مسئولین و کارکنان این اداره حضور داشتند.
در آغاز مراسم، رئیس عمومی هلالاحمر افغانی، تلاشهای ریاست امور کارکنان را در زمینه ارتقای ظرفیت و رشد #مسلکی کارکنان مورد تقدیر قرارداده، گفت که توجه به ارتقای سطح علمی و توانمندیهای مسلکی کارکنان، در پیشرفت اداره و #بهبود کیفیت خدمات از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است.
وی افزود که فراهمسازی زمینه آموزش و کسب مهارت برای کارکنان در کنار انجام وظایف، گامی مهمی در راستای #تقویت منابع بشری به شمار میرود و میتواند در افزایش مؤثریت خدمات و بهبود اجرای امور کاری، تغییرات مثبت به همراه داشته باشد.
سپس معاون هلالاحمر افغانی درباره اهمیت علم، دانش و مهارتها صحبت نموده، ریاست امور کارکنان را تشویق کرد تا پروگرام های ارتقای ظرفیت و #آموزشهای مسلکی را گستردهتر و بهصورت دوامدار ادامه دهد. وی از کارکنان خواست تا از این فرصتها بیشترین بهره را برده و برای ارتقای توانمندیهای مسلکی خود تلاش بیشتری نمایند.
از سوی دیگر، مولوی محمد ابراهیم محمدی، نماینده وزارت معارف، پروگرام های آموزشی و ارتقای ظرفیت کارکنان از سوی هلالاحمر افغانی را ارزشمند خوانده و اظهار داشت که آموزش و مهارت، زیربنای #پیشرفت فردی و اداری است. وی از تداوم و گسترش پروگُرام های سوادآموزی و آموزشهای مسلکی حمایت کرده و تأکید نمود که ارتقای تواناییهای علمی و مسلکی کارکنان، نقش مهمی در بهبود کیفیت خدمات ایفا میکند.
در ادامه، داکتر عبدالعلیم احمدزی، آمر ارتقای ظرفیت هلالاحمر افغانی، درباره مدت زمان برگزاری و اشتراککنندگان این دورهها معلومات ارائه کرده و گفت که این پروگرام های آموزشی با هدف ارتقای توانمندیهای مسلکی کارکنان و بهبود کیفیت خدمات برگزار شده است.
وی افزود که این پروگرام های آموزشی در مدت زمان معین با #موفقیت برگزار شده که بر اساس آن، ۱۸ تن در بخش سوادآموزی، ۱۰ تن در بخش زبان انگلیسی، ۳۰ تن در بخش کمپیوتر و ۱۴ تن در بخش خوشنویسی آموزشهای خود را با موفقیت به پایان رسانده اند..
در پایان، سندهای فراغت به کارکنان فارغ التحصیل شده توزیع شد و مراسم با دعای خیر به پایان رسید.
هلالاحمر افغانی تلاش میکند تا از طریق پروگرام های آموزشی و ارتقای ظرفیت، توانمندیهای مسلکی کارکنان خود را بیش از پیش تقویت نموده و #کیفیت ارائه خدمات بشردوستانه را بهبود بخشد.

#Kabul: 72 ARCS Employees Graduate from Training Programs

The #Capacity_Building Unit of the Department of Staff Affairs of the #ARCS organized training programs in literacy, computer skills, calligraphy, and English language for 72 employees from various departments at the Society’s central headquarters and awarded graduation certificates to the participants.
The ceremony was attended by Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman, Mawlawi Mohammad Ibrahim Mohammadi, a representative of the Ministry of Education, as well as a number of ARCS officials and staff members.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Delawar praised the efforts of the Department of Staff Affairs in capacity building and enhancing employees' #professional skills. He stated that investing in employees’ academic and professional development is of particular importance to the institution’s growth and to improving the #quality of its services.
He further added that creating #opportunities for employees to pursue learning and acquire skills alongside their daily responsibilities is a significant step toward #strengthening human resources and can contribute positively to service delivery and workplace performance.
Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman also spoke about the importance of #knowledge, education, and skills development. He encouraged the Department of Staff Affairs to continue and expand such capacity-building and professional training programs and urged employees to make the best use of these opportunities to further #enhance their professional competencies.
Mawlawi Mohammad Ibrahim Mohammadi, representative of the Ministry of Education, described the ARCS training and capacity-building programs for employees as #valuable initiatives and stated that education and skills development form the foundation of both individual and institutional progress. He expressed support for the continuation and expansion of literacy and professional training programs and emphasized that employees’ academic and professional competencies play an important role in enhancing the #quality of services.
