NetzblockiererAt least some judge came to their senses and ruled that piracy doesn't entitle the IP holders/licensees to damages equal of the full price of the including subscription.
Obviously that doesn't make pirate decryption legal, it merely takes into account that those subscribing to card sharing ain't necessarily able to pay the regular subscription so, the damage claims are on their own made-up bogus if the Pay-TV provider can't evidence them!
