Interessante Frage an @wbs_legal wäre, ob mangels #Author bei "#KI" - generierten Inhalten diese ohne #Urheberrecht sind und daher frei verfügbar sind.

  • Wie sähe das denn bzgl. #GEMAvermutung aus? Weil wenns keine Authorenschaft gibt, gibt's ja auch kein geistiges Eigentum, oder?

(Nur bezogen auf die Musik und Liedtexte, da die Hintergrundbilder theoretisch als Derivate eingestuft werden könnten, oder?)
