@nuwagaba2 well no, but it's currently a very easy and accessible way, that you don't need to try very hard to deliberately seek out
@nuwagaba2 for instance i just interacted with someone from Uganda, for basically no effort or prior planning

That's amazing, am also from Uganda . Without social media, that wouldn't have become a reality. Ending communication among young people despite their location is part of controlling them indirectly. I just don't know how they were convinced that this is a good thing to do.
