Most modern arrangements play this in 4/4, but the original is in 3/4. I think we have Sinatra to thank for that.

I normally only post stuff that I'm reasonably comfortable with, but today I'm posting something right at the edge of my ability: La tarentelle by JFF Burgmüller. I can't get a perfect recording, so have fun spotting the flubs.

I'm supposed to be playing it for my grade 5 exam next month, and getting it up to speed is really challenging.

This week we have Foggy Blues by Naoko Ikeda. This is another of the pieces for my grade 5 exam next month and it's a lot more polished than the tarantella is. Slow piano is more of my thing anyway.
