This is one of my favourites: Fly Me to the Moon (In Other Words) by Bart Howard.
Most modern arrangements play this in 4/4, but the original is in 3/4. I think we have Sinatra to thank for that.
Between the six nations and writing my thesis, I lost a bunch of time on my weekends to record these, but I'm going to try and get back into the habit ahead of my Grade 5 exam in June.
