Yesterday went for a walk with πŸ•, almost 6km but I came home very, very tired. Had done some gardening during the day so maybe this was too much. Had a little cry and discussed with hubby that during the holiday we could walk 5km and then have coffee and cake and see if I could go on after the pause.
Today 1st week of 30’ training plan 4x5’R1’, now crashed out on the couch. Hate this disease 😠

@Nairamtrab You know what - Wow...6km with the doggo, that's quite the win, knowing what you've gone through to get to this point, when early on a few hundred metres left you exhausted is excellent...and yes, add in the gardening to your exercise for that day, I think you deserve cake and tea now, but a snooze in the hammock is perfect. When it comes to your holiday, I think you're gonna be good.
