But if you mean the art itself, I created it myself using DazStudio. It's 3D rendered - and also 100% human made, like the writing itself.

I passed the image to my cover designer who did the rest.

@adaddinsane Cool! Back when I did the Coyoteman Trilogy, for the second and third books I had a friend do the cover art for me, and the second one was completely graphically constructed. For the third book, I saw a painting called Jupiter and Thetis and I saw an opportunity to reconstruct it with my main characters, so I asked him if he could do that. He came back with something that was alarmingly good and I asked him how he did it. He said he brought together some people he knew with some props and basically made it from a photo.
