I have come up with a great little recipe I want to make when I have the money to buy some food to make it;
You start with 1lb elbow macaroni boiled to perfection with 1Tb of Pink Himalayan Salt as the water boils, pour in the elbows, cook for 6mins, they should be firm not crunchy and definitely not soft, then quickly rinse in cold water to stop the cooking, set in fridge for an hour or so to get cold, then dice up 1 can of Spam, add 1 can of Rotel 1 drained of the liquid can of chunked pineapple drained of the liquid, add enough mayo or miracle whip to coat it all, add 1 bag of coleslaw mix and 1 cup of raisins, then put back in the fridge and let it cool and the flavors mingle for a few hours, your going to enjoy this on a hot afternoon, it will be like a cool party for your mouth;
Then with 16oz's of pure moonshine, add 1 tangerine cut up 1 lime cut up 1 cup of sugar 1 half gallon of orange juice put all in the blender and blend very well, strain over a 1 gallon pitcher 3/4 full of ice and serve with a sprig of mint, and for desert as if you needed it, dice up 1 watermelon and 1 cantaloupe very quickly but evenly toast all of the fruit with a hot torch, drizzle generously with fresh local honey and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream;
This little meal will have you mouth dancing and on a hot summer evening it will taste amazing;
