WHY THE FUCK IS EVERYONE SO FUCKING AFRAID OF SAYING THESE FUCKING VILLAINS DESERVE WHAT THEIR HISTORICAL COUNTERPARTS DESERVED AND GOT TO THE TUNE OF A BETTER WORLD?! YOU FUCKING COWARDS DESERVE TO BE RULED.

(1.) “Freedom of speech, just watch what you say.” — Ice-T

(2.) Talk’s cheap. Maybe someday we'll see some action.

@LevZadov talk is nothing. this will run its course. trying to rush it is just courting martyrdom. im not trying to spur anyone, i am angered by my incompatibility with reality and venting.

@0x00string

(1.) Never post anything online that you wouldn’t want to hear read back in court. It might be misconstrued.

(2.) Palentir, etc. are reading over our shoulder. (Hi, guys. How’s it hanging?)

(3.) As I frequently state online: Crimes are bad. Don’t incite any. If someone wants to know why not, tell them it’s because I said so.

@LevZadov 1 - i abide but i cannot control how my words are construed, i can only defend them if called to

2 - its true

3 - i disagree on semantic grounds. crimes are decided by the state which is not a moral authority. many laws have been unjust, many legal things are unjust. transgressions against others and nature are whats bad. i would repeat this to a jury and remind them slavery used to be and uh oh still is legal.

@0x00string

Have you ever been in court?

@LevZadov not yet for my speech, just for petty youth crimes
@LevZadov if i were prosecuted for saying i dont "think crime is bad" what defense would you have me game out with my public defender?
@LevZadov at that point my very beliefs are on trial, "have you ever been to court" doesnt apply. i've never been bound and gagged, but that's pretty rare in the history of us courts. this doesnt seem like history lately, at least in the recent sense. if i am put on trial for my opinions, it doesnt matter what i say or even if im allowed to.

@0x00string

Syntax matters in court. Legally, stating an opinion is not incitement. Our opinions are irrelevant.

"We'd be better off if Trump suddenly died” is legal to say.

“Kill the president is not.

@LevZadov this is true, so have i been inciting?

@0x00string

Unless you are actively *not* inciting, you’re vulnerable if the powers that be decide to take you to court.

Court is not a debate society. It’s a tool of oppression. The powers that be make the rules. Rules can be skirted, but not defied without consequences. If you intend to break the rules, remember that all crimes follow the same rules:

(1.) Have no witnesses.

(2.) Leave no evidence.

(3.) STFU

The last one is the hardest to follow. The impulse to brag is part of the human condition. By suppressing it you, too, can be a successful criminal. Or you can brag and deal with the consequences.

Court, and the laws it enforces have nothing to do with justice. Laws are will of the ruling class enforced by their minions, the politicians who write the laws and cops who enforce them.

For example, #Vaccines, #Porn, #Abortion, #Transrights, #Consent, the #WarOnDrugs, and #Sexwork are all the same issue: Who owns your body, you or the state?

But that’s not the issue. The issue is who decides.
