Pre-bunk alert: manufactured inevitability around the EHRC Code.
Watch for: "it's already the law," "the train has left the station," past tense applied to a still-future event.
The Code has been *laid*, not commenced. Forty-day window running. Don't share the inevitability — share the procedural reality.
Cass Review (2024) is the precedent: framing crystallised before scrutiny arrived.
"Single-sex spaces must be single-sex" — engineered to sound tautological, designed to disable counter-argument.
The Court kept us in the Act. The Code redraws the line. Two different things, and only one of them was decided by a court.

Under the guidance, a service could face sex discrimination claims in court if they include trans people in single sex spaces according to their gender identity. If they exclude trans people from single sex spaces, they could face a claim against them for discrimination based on the protected characteristic of gender reassignment.
