LAPSUS$ claim they are extorting Github in a Kpop supergroup crossover with TeamPCP. #GAYINT

pour one out for the dude at the NSA who has to report on my toots where I've added kpop things in
lol the lapsus$ guys removed this after I tooted it. BRING IT BACK WITH TAEMIN.
Lapsus$ have dropped the filetree listing and some sample data from the Github internal breach on LimeWire (because apparently it's 1998).
The file tree is legit and very long. Each repo they cloned is compressed, it looks like Github had a very significant breach. E.g. including Github Enterprise code.

I don't think Github/Microsoft know about Lapsus as those samples are still casually online, they need to up their #GAYINT game
@GossiTheDog mr beaumont i have only ever known of your cybersecurity posts and not that you were a fellow kpoppie. i was unfamiliar with your game. you have gained a tokki follower
@GossiTheDog I'm here for Kpop Beaumont
@GossiTheDog limewire? the Gnutella client? *looks around* This doesn't look like my dorm room.

@GossiTheDog

As someone who used Gnutella when it was new, ...

@GossiTheDog I started the #soulseek docker image last week and it's acually live and thriving. In terms of illegal music downloading, no data breach stuff. Like in the old days.
@GossiTheDog They didn't dare to start a fandom war. 😅
@GossiTheDog Hopefully, it's a brief entertaining break in their day. Seen plenty of FBI briefings where analysts sneak in song lyrics or movie quotes in their narration, and memes in the slide deck.
@GossiTheDog Oh, lawd, he joppin'.
@GossiTheDog cheaper than most corpo-software
