Recipe: Gochuang soy butter salmon

Update: well this was an absolute winner at first attempt. The butter absolutely works and I included a link for a side dish (spinach wilted in garlic and sesame oil)

Prep 10 min
Cook 25 min
Serves 4

1 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp gochujang paste

When I post or boost a recipe it's 95% of the time because it's what I plan for tonight.

Want to try out some Korean classics. I was last there in 1993, in Seoul, for work, for a few weeks.

Found some Gochujang paste locally today, there's a couple of good asian markets without going into Cork centre.

@Natasha_Jay I got one of those too. Let us know what you make with it. 😋

Excellent! I updated my post ... I was dubious about the butter but it really works and adds depth and richness.
