While the media frequently presents images of younger, unclothed celebs, there's a league of older stars challenging outdated societal norms by flaunting their bodies in the buff.
In a revealing Instagram post in 2022, former supermodel Paulina Porizkova discussed society's objectification of women while reclaiming her sexuality at an older age.
"In a patriarchal society, women have always been seen as objects of desire or nurture... This is why youth and beauty are such a strong currency," she captioned. "I've come to wonder if objectification falls mainly into the realm of youth. When I was a young model exposing my body, it was because someone else approved of it."
She continued, "Now when I expose my body, it [is] with my full knowledge and consent. Hence, celebration."
