B'tselem reported that Israel is using the same methods of attacks in Lebanon “similar to the model of Rafah and Beit Hanoun,” citing statements by Defense Minister Israel Katz.
Israel carried out repeated strikes on civilian infrastructure, including hospitals, power and water facilities, bridges, and roads, with over a 1,888 killed 6,092 injured since March 2, 2026.
Also it forced the mass displacement of thousands, and ordered the widespread destruction of villages over the past month. Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich also said Israel will expand its borders into Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria during a West Bank settlement event.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that one of the main generators at Nasser Medical Hospital in Khan Younis has shut down due to fuel shortages.
Officials warned this is not a sustainable solution and is complicating medical care for patients and the wounded. Despite the ceasefire demands, Israel continues to deny sufficient fuel and aid entry into Gaza.
