Diary of an AuDHD Squirrel. Day 891 , Monday 06/04/2026

Monday started at around 07:15.

Breakfast & chores as normal then we went to Mrs S’s mum’s via her grave,where we laid flowers & tried to get some inspiration for the gravestone.

Spent a few hours clearing out what was left in my MiLs loft, so much stuff! Mostly curtains & old clothes so most of it will be going to the charity shop / recycling.

We did find a few nic-naks that we brought home but nothing much.

The afternoon was spent relaxing & finishing the current series of ‘Silent Witness’ then we watched the movie ‘Insomnia’ with the late, great Robin Williams & Al Pacino.

I fell down the Ubuntu rabbit hole again this evening & now have a fairly stable Ubuntu install.
Everything seems to work apart from when it sleeps - which it won’t wake up from, the solution, it seems, is simply to disallow that functionality - Hey ho.

Final Thoughts.

Not a bad day, Mrs S is back in the office tomorrow so a much needed peaceful day!
