I did it! Took me quite some trials and errors, but I finally made a great #glutenfree bread! It is soft and so tasty! And it smells just like a good sandwich loaf. I feared the rice flour would come through but it doesn’t at all. I used a mixture of buckwheat, rice and oat flour, potato and cornstarch, salt, little bit of honey, #sourdough and since that did not rise properly over night some yeast, too.
Gosh I hope I can replicate that later, since I didn’t measure anything. 😅
