ThomasQuestion: Do you calculate Cycle Time in Integer (1, 2, 3) or in Float (1.3, 2.8, 3.1)?
Do you exclude Weekends or not?

Internally I would go for something small (e.g. seconds), have a default to what it is translated to (e.g. full days) and let the user change it if they want (e.g. day.hour or just hours).

I haven't really used cycle time, but I guess as float.
It might make a difference at smaller numbers.
And I would not like to have 5.4 to be rounded to 5 or 6.
