The state of tofu in some places make me so sad
The Mecca of tofu (and mushrooms) is probably Yunnan
I feel like anyone who says ‘I don’t like tofu or mushrooms’ could probably like the stuff in Yunnan
They take it to a whole other level. Sadly there aren’t that many Yunnan places

@skinnylatte I've always loved that food anime/manga is its own genre with people getting extremely excited about food and describing the preparation and the taste
