To wrap off my first ever #pleinairpril and (virtual) plein-airs in general, here's a sorta-timelapse :]

Sorta, because #HEAVYPAINT plays back timelapses in order of strokes from the lowest layer to highest rather than time. This angwers the twam, but looks cooler :D

Welp, that's a wrap. #PleinAirpril 2022, the year of the vacation birbs!

No fancy animations this time. PC too old to risk Krita's timelapse plugin. Last year's Unsplash/Flickr-based Kolkata tour would have to do for that—

# Greatest of All Coucals and the Vampire Tree

There was this really photogenic mostly-dead tree behind our hotel.

And this surprisingly large greater coucal that usually hung out around the leafed trees in the within the hotel's garden, but this is my piece, so I get to move it where I want!

(Still the most stylish of the pieces that year)
