I just beat Pokémon Lazarus — the utterly fantastic labor of love romhack that turns Emerald into a Gameboy Color styled completely original full length adventure, with most of the pokémon including new megas!

"The Generalist"
Still facing acute art/ist withdrawal since the avian migration, and now from aliens as well...

Our final #pleinAirpril for 2026 is a rather striking composition shot by @snehasisnama at the Don Mueang airport.
[ It's a really tall image; please do a full-view ]
Botched most of the fun details this time. I'm blaming being a "whole" week out of practice, and trying to draw the hyper-compresed Discord embed instead of the full image like a boomer! :D

(Feels like there's a game in here somewhere. About meditatively exploring a procedurally generated terrain instead of the infrastructure building of Death Stranding, perhaps. Somehow a lot less weird as well, even in dream form...)
[End]
On my last trek me and another new navigator found a strange ruin with an invisible monster stalking us. We got too scared (it wasn't a nightmare, just the plot), and returned to our starting town without any progress.
The focus of the dream was the sweeping landscapes and the variety of terrain in the wilderness, not the architecture of the towns and ruins. Another rarity for me.
