Something a little different for Day 7 of #pleinairpril but also VERY much out of my comfort zone. 😅

I decided to challenge myself with observational sketches on a hike, and it’s HARD doing anything halfway decent if you can’t place your painting surface OR your arm anywhere stable. 🤭
Even my handwriting looks like 💩 this way. 😂

BUT I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and plan to keep working on these types of sketches. :)
