[P] I've been thinking on nationalism vis-a-vis the sociopathy room. Immigration holds my interest, in that where Us goes those numbers are referred to as expats, though wherever Them tries to be they're labelled immigrant and refugee. It's a deeply racist, hypocritical mindset that renders the sociopathy room in stark relief. All otherness is casually relegated to the sociopathy room, where there is no empathy.

[P] This mechanism? Ever the dragon; Never the slayer? It was an old one, to help me to understand the sociopathy room. Why is there a double standard for dragons just because they're dragons? Why this sordid hypocrisy? I wondered this as a child, and it gave me more empathy for the dragons than the hypocrite alayers. Why are the slayers like this? Why must they take such perverse pleasure in suffering? Sociopathy room.
