✅ Wayout Backyard Ultra | 21 Yards (140K)

Phew 🤠. Started 20:00 Friday and ran until 17:00 Saturday. I beat my backyard ultra PB with 1 yard. Not much and I definitely had bigger ambitions. Yet this was what I had: smashed quads and sore legs made it clear that I would just reach for beating my old 20 yards 🙃.

Colleague Mads was there too 🤩 - so awesome.

Lovely race. Rained at night. But clear at day. Back next year 💯

@woollypigs haha no race official cake - but we all had our stash of foods (read: cake, sweats and candy 🤣). It’s quite interesting to see how unhealthy all those sports freaks eat at backyards 😂😂

@moelholm yeah the backyard ultras I've seen on YouTube is more a big barbecue picnic than a run ;)
