We have comicon this weekend in KC, and I"m old enough to remember when you could just buy a ticket to get in and it would be a joyous experience.

Now there are too many people. Too many nickel-and-diming celebrities. Too many things that are paywalled. (Even though there are 50 sponsors and almost certainly plenty of money.)

Just bums me out.
