Afghanistan 🇦🇫The inauguration and handover of the new building for the representation of the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) in Farah Province is scheduled for today, led by Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, during an official ceremony.
