In my house, dinner leftovers go straight into individual containers in the fridge.
That way, lunch is sorted. I don't have to think about it, plan it, or make a decision. I just grab one and heat it up. 1/2

@hmm_cook This is what I do as well.
I usually cook several portions worth of food, keep one for next meal and freeze the rest.
For work, I take a random meal out of the freezer and it keeps fine until lunchtime.
As every portion is made by me, it doesn't matter what I pick, everything is good.
