@davej .. well aren't we shit then.. but I guess to be expected that our own failure like voting 'No' is in line with that outcome. Do we really need AUKUS that much, -Very- crap if that is the case.

@erstwhile I don’t know if it’s *the* reason, but FWIW, we do need AUKUS. We’re over a barrel. Our navy in particular relies on interoperability with US systems, but it’s an issue across all our defence forces.

That doesn’t excuse our spinelessness at the UN, though.
