**Quy định mới về tham gia lực lượng gìn giữ hòa bình LHQ**

Chính phủ vừa ban hành Nghị định 01/2026/NĐ-CP, quy định chi tiết về việc tham gia lực lượng gìn giữ hòa bình LHQ. Nghị định này nhằm cụ thể hóa Luật Tham gia lực lượng gìn giữ hòa bình, tạo hành lang pháp lý rõ ràng cho hoạt động này.

Yesterday Somalia took up the rotating position of Chair of the UN Security Council. This has little formal importance but is symbolic & allows (temporary) control of the UNSC agenda, which can be helpful if a state has particular interests.

But, while fragile in an any case, Somalia's sovereign integrity has been further weakened by Israel's 'recognition' of the self governing internal region of Somaliland.

Whether these two things are linked remains to be seen.
