I've been asking the Christian right this question for over a decade now, and so far not a single one of them has been able to explain to me in what tangible, measurable way are kids harmed by seeing a pair of tits on a computer screen.

Seeing something with the eyes is not a sin. It is when an evil seed enters the heart and is not removed, it grows and produces an evil fruit. This is not only for children, but also for adults. When the evil fruit is ripe, then it brings forth death.

Example: #Abortion.

What started as a lustful image to the eyes, if not rejected from the heart, can produce an action like fornication, an unwanted pregnancy, and death of the baby.

Jesus Christ, we're not rabbits. We're sentient humans. We can control the urge to just fuck everything in our path.

@Phracker2Art
With Jesus Christ, men can refrain from acting like animals. Prayer to God gives a man spiritual strength to resist temptations.

"Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil."

Without His help, or the desire to do what is right, men can be worse than animals: molesting, raping and killing.

We should control our flesh if we hope to attain the #peace, #love, and joy of heaven.

@Earl
Pretty sure Catholic priests and Evangelical pastors have a higher rate of sexual misconduct than atheists.
@Phracker2Art
If they are not controlling their sexual urges, then they are not praying to Jesus Christ for strength. Many who dress up in religious costumes are actually Satanic.... they are imposters, wolves in sheep's clothing, working for wages and not for the love of God and fellow man. Strength comes from God's Spirit, not from being in a man-made religious building.
@Earl
Or maybe Christians don't actually have a special relationship with Jesus, since they're no less likely to have animalistic urges and act on them than atheists. And if they are sinning less than atheists, then it's simply because the atheists have a different set of "should" statements that they live by than the Christians do, and not because the atheists are weaker.

@Phracker2Art
There are Christians in name only, who do not actually tap into God's power. They have been convinced by the lie that sin is OK because Jesus died for their sins on the cross. God's word says we should all repent and follow Jesus daily and not continue in sin, so that we may enter life.

Atheists may convince themselves sin is OK because they hope there is no God to answer to when the short life here is over.

God's help is equally available to all.

@Earl
Except if it were true that Jesus is the only thing preventing people from doing evil, then there would be rampant violent crime among atheists, and yet atheists in general are not just going around raping and murdering people.
