I now assume that I started the tomato plants too early & am forced to move them to the greenhouse & get them potted on. The spring weather has still not arrived (it was 27F/-2.8C this morning with heavy frost. My ability to keep the greenhouse warm enough at night will be sorely tested if spring does not arrive soon. Peppers & eggplant are still happy to continue under the lights for a while yet. I've got to go wake up #BeetBear for some help.

@richrollgardener I hope you find a cosy spot for the tomatoes in the greenhouse, Richard, and that spring helps a lttle, too. 🤞

@richrollgardener Two years ago I started tomatoes way too early (had to up pot them twice). Last year, a tad bit late.

I hope I timed them correctly this year lol.

@richrollgardener have you tried using winter grade agro fabric to cover plants inside the greenhouse?
@PokiLoki I haven't used that, but I do cover things with regular garden fleece if I have to. There is a small electric heater in there that can just about keep most of the stuff above freezing at night as long as the temp doesn't drop too much below freezing outside overnight. Very costly to run too much....
@richrollgardener @PokiLoki bubble wrap is another option too
@richrollgardener Everything crossed Spring breaks through for you soo. The plants look fabulous.
@Broadfork Thanks. Soon, we hope. Even the daffs are saying "nope, not yet."
