In a series of conversations over the last week, Prince Mohammed [#MBS] has conveyed to #Trump that he must press toward the destruction of Iran’s hard-line government, the people familiar with the conversations said.

@maya_b @Nonilex given Saudi position towards Iran (and China, and Russia), I highly doubt that "push to continue..." framing is correct. I think it's more like "you can't make a mess and just leave". on the other hand, maybe MBS is doing to #trump what MBZ did to MBS in #Yemen #war 🤷‍♂️
