Tucked up in bed in Manchester, Englandshire. It's quarter past six in the morning and too early for coffee.

No. I've tried them for running in the past, but never really got on with them.
The closest I have now is a reflective strip on the back of my sandals (Shimano SD501), and a nominally reflective bit around the top of my Dexshell socks.
