@EdwinG The CRTC has been instructed to reduce regulation as longas competition is sufficient. The government has stated that 4 is enough to declare market competitive, so #CRTC complies and even moving to destroy competition in ISP market by having only Bell, Telus, Rogers, Vidoéotrn oligopoly rule the ISP marketplace.

So don't expect regulation on maximum wait time.

The term "Customer Service" is a misnomer and has been extinct so long the term needs to be deleted from every company website and phone service
