After seeing the recent #AgeVerification announcement and the capitulation from #systemd , I couldn't hold out any longer on addressing #OpenSource and #OpenStupidity.

It's no surprise that posting a #GitHub #suggestion and request to the issue queue at #systemd concerning #AgeVerification has been removed.

Not closed. Not responded to. Just plain deleted.

There was nothing in it to trigger a 'Code of Conduct' violation or being against the posting guidelines. They want zero discussions, period, and that means no public visibility either.

I am not a fan of obliterating important topics when they're uncomfortable to read.

I'd suggest that you start filling up some bank accounts with millions of dollars, if not far, far more, and hire a small army of lawyers to combat any litigation. If not, I'd suggest that devs prepare to find a new flavor of another equivalent to put your time and resources into.
