I really hope this causes a nice increase of sales for indie Mac devs.

But this also means you gotta take the time to deliver Mac-assed Mac apps and take the time to make them fast and efficient so they can just fly on MacBook Neo.

Electron apps can go to hell.

Oh, and take the time to design them for Mac. Don’t just stretch out your iPhone or iPad app and call it a day. Thanks.

@marioguzman Ive been working on IconJar v3 for past 3 years in my spare time, AppKit, Swift, smallest amount of SwiftUI, I need the performance of Appkit, whole heartedly a macOS app through n through. No vibe, just pure typing code on a keyboard.

@marioguzman @colincornaby I really hope a spike in Mac sales shows Apple they need to go “back to the Mac” a bit. There’s so much room for growth, and it’s in need of some TLC as a platform.

I agree. macOS install base is exploding. I hope some numbers are shared soon about this.
