There were several meetings without the US specifically because Trump went off the rocker with Canada as the 51 state and annexing Greenland, even with force, plus the messy handling of Ukraine.

Merz's failed attempt to form a EU-Pact with NATO as template.

I'm still looking for other sources than youTuber and Facebook.

My own logic after Trump's kill switch rhetoric may have led to me jumping the gun.
