Oh fuck this: “future healthcare costs remain managable”
More accurate would be: “force ME/CFS patients to keep paying for unvetted off-label medication themselves or die”

Fortunately it isn’t patented everywhere. I’ll not publically point out what this means if your affected, but it may significantly affect personal cost burened onto us patients if you figure it out.
