@jztusk @heidilifeldman I seriously doubt whether his thinking is that logical or purposeful. What if he just hates "brown/arab/muslim" ppl (whatever fucked up categories are in his head- i bet he diesn't care whether there's a difference between persians and arabs), and thinks it's a drag to have all these bombs and not drop them on somebody? The random cruelty is usually the point.

It's for every bloviating fat old narcissist who whines about how he'd have won 'nam if the liberals hadn't kept him from raping and murdering to his heart's content. As Serwer said, yes, the cruelty is the point. But it is not random.

Perhaps just how cruel to be is subject to his whims, but the targets are very clearly deliberately chosen.
