These are excellent points, well put.
@heidilifeldman
Pretty sure it's much more than seven deaths. They've covering up as much as possible. All the "friendly fire" deaths aren't being counted, and most of them probably aren't actually friendly fire.

@heidilifeldman

But it briefly distracted us from all of Trump's powerful pedophile friends, and he thinks all of us suffering those costs are worth that for him.

@jztusk @heidilifeldman I seriously doubt whether his thinking is that logical or purposeful. What if he just hates "brown/arab/muslim" ppl (whatever fucked up categories are in his head- i bet he diesn't care whether there's a difference between persians and arabs), and thinks it's a drag to have all these bombs and not drop them on somebody? The random cruelty is usually the point.
@twobiscuits @jztusk @heidilifeldman Oh, there's a logic to it, I would term it, 'The betacuck boomer ego tour'. It's for every bloviating fat old narcissist who whines about how he'd have won 'nam if the liberals hadn't kept him from raping and murdering to his heart's content. He's just that pathetically desperate to be seen as a 'real man' despite having been a pathetic squishy potato whose daddy gave him everything.
@twobiscuits @jztusk @heidilifeldman oh, he definitely does. This just proves his fearmongering about Obama starting a war with Iran was merely projection all along...

Trump’s tweets saying Obama will start war with Iran to distract from domestic failures come back to haunt him

Several members of Trump’s cabinet have previously spoken out against foreign interventions

@twobiscuits @heidilifeldman

As Serwer said, yes, the cruelty is the point. But it is not random.

Perhaps just how cruel to be is subject to his whims, but the targets are very clearly deliberately chosen.

@heidilifeldman

The world just became a more dangerous place, with Trump ignoring Congress, UN charter and international law. The destruction and murder will turn against him and his bullshit boasting nonsense can simply be ignored and make the US the paria of the Western world. The economic damage done in 10 days is immense, immeasurable and still getting worse. This is what evil stupidity looks like…

@xs4me2 @heidilifeldman This is entirely on the Senate, that corrupt cabal of Russian pimps. If the senators didn't want this, he'd be gone. This is what our government yearned for, or none of this would happen. We elect corrupt people from corrupt political parties that stopped representing us when Ronald Reagan wiped the floor with Jimmy Carter. I'm disgusted with every politician, every judge, every member of any piece of this catastrophe who stands with hands in pockets, as if frightened by power, not imprisoning and trying the whole lot of them. But this is what America was, and always will be - the plaything of the rich, who sneer their disdain for the rest of us with every breath they take, and every law they break with impunity.

Where are our wealthy senators? Kissing billionaire asses, when they're not raping kids for kicks.

@heidilifeldman

By now, I would say Seven dead American Service men does make the world a safer place. Sorry.

@heidilifeldman as sad as it is, why are only the seven US service members mentioned? Nobody talks about the numerous innocent lives killed by American and Israeli bombardments.
@Aquila112 @heidilifeldman Because apparently, Americans are the most important people in the world, and brown folks don't count at all.
@NickSchwanck That's what right-wing Americans, in particular, are led to believe their entire lives. Their whole way of thinking is fundamentally flawed and they are too ignorant to realise it.

@Aquila112 I believe this extends beyond "right wing". I've seen some wild comments by progressive Americans regarding the Trump regime including one that compared the rise of American fascism to that of Hungary. Somebody commented and the orignal poster replied "Yes, but we had more to lose". ie. "Our democracy was worth more than theirs".

I find this disgusting frankly.
Regards.

@heidilifeldman Who better than a former astronaut, senator and military officer to take on the task of running for President against the evil empire.
He calls it like he sees it: the truth
May the force be with you sir!
@heidilifeldman
Dickhead Donald is not interested in making things safer. End the motherfucker now.
@heidilifeldman It makes *Trump* better off, that's what matters. Both from making the meeja forget about the Epstein files, and from the insider trading.
Iran once again got close to creating a Nuclear_Bomb ... do you really think this is a good idea ??
Can't be easy for Dad enforcing laws which have bin let go for so long. Massive savings since the billions paid to Iran were stopped by Dad. I'm sure most Logically_Minded_Folks would agree. All else, PLEASE WAKE_UP ...
@j7ca there is zero evidence that Iran was close to producing nuclear weapons. There is zero evidence that Iran was actively trying to produce nuclear weapons. If my goal were to convince Iran to build a nuclear weapon as fast as possible, I think relentlessly bombing Iran with the promise that I will never stop until they develop nuclear weapons to defend themselves with is probably the absolute most effective way to do so.
@heidilifeldman too bad too many idiot Americans believe everything the pedo fascist says witch is never close to reality
@heidilifeldman All as Johnson is telling the house that we need to stop benefits for the veterans that are being sent into harms way & reduce SNAP for the hungry(not to mention the folks who live there). All because of the tremendous debt they ran up & the billion dollars a day for this needless fiasco. There was a functional agreement, it just didn't have trumps name on it. So (just like Nixon of old) he will probably settle for less than we were getting from the Obama Presidency treaty.
@heidilifeldman He'd like to bomb Iran back to the stone age, but what if he's actually bombed all of us back to 1973? What if that leads to the oil industry becoming less important? What if 2027/1974 involves a repeat of replacing the president by a saner person who was also not the elected vp?
The law of unintended consequences sometimes bites bad ppl in the ass ...
@heidilifeldman Trump doesn't give a fuck if we're safe or better off.
@heidilifeldman destabilisation is an acceptable outcome. it allows those in power to do their shock-doctrine nonsense, lets profiteers profit, and raises the overall temperature. those are all good things for them.
@heidilifeldman even domestic destabilisation is a positive outcome.
@heidilifeldman still total disregard for anyone killed overseas. Fascist 1 and Fascist 2.
@heidilifeldman All true words, but they gain credibility and impact when you stop taking Israeli money.
@heidilifeldman
@Sascha_Raubal
Just one minor flaw: Khamenei jun. is no Ayatollah AFAIK.
