's satellite navigation system is already servicing all modern phones, and gaining ever more security features & accuracy.I just wished you could buy a (relatively) cheap time server to make use of it.
At Meinberg they are incredible, they sell a Glonass time server (Ok, if you must...) but NOT a Galileo one!

@hnapel @bert_hubert depends what you mean by cheap. A GPS module is pretty cheap and these days use US and EU and Russian sats by default.
Oddly I donβt see it in the datasheet though for the L86-M33. I was sure it did it, but says GPS and GLONASS. Maybe I am missing something.
Yes, GPS, my point is that Galileo based systems are much less ubiquitous.
By GPS I mean a US and DOD controlled satellite constellation that can be turned off or degraded by the whim of a madman.

Watch the clip '"The whim of a madman" - I like that!' from the movie Speed on Clip.Cafe. Howard Payne: "The whim of a madman" - I like that!
I was hoping to keep France online when they pull the plug on GPS...
The products, I was looking for them, but didn't see many. I have a LeoNTP (the old one, not the 1200) , a Timemachines TM1000A and a Meinberg M300 with a DCF77 receiver. I was hoping to upgrade to Galileo or a multi-GNSS box for under 500 Euro's but so far not very lucky.
