Hmm, forgot about the kimchi I started last week on the table. Tastes pretty good with this much stewing, actually! (pretty sure it can never go bad, it's got so much salt in it lol) #kimchi

I might try supplementing my cabbage with beet greens the next time I do sauerkraut... if I have any left. I like beet greens nearly as much as the beets themselves, honestly: so delicious cooked up
