@ftg yep! Was for sale just down the road, too cheap to pass up. Seems to work OK, though I’m not super versed in the dark arts of RF.

It's very low lower edge of 10Hz means it's also excellent for analyzing regulator control loops.
My unit still has sticker on it declaring in Finnish that it's from the power supply division of some unnamed company.
