Homelab update.
Homelab update.
Extracting and installing the latest version of iGame 2.6.1 to my virtual Amiga A1200. Everything seems to work smoothly with WHLoad 20.0.7051 on Workbench 3.2.3.
iGame is a frontend to launching WHDLoad games and demos for the Amiga. This is really useful and I am grateful! 😀

Oh, cool! Es gibt eine neue Version von iGame für die Amiga Workbench und WHDLoad! Muss ich nachher gleich mal testen! Ich find's ja mega cool, dass da auch noch im Jahre 2026 aktiv dran entwickelt wird!

Thread 2 of the bench ‘restore’: long stretchers.
See thread 1 for background and focus on trestles…

Thread 3, not started yet, will focus on top.
Reposting photos to get off on correct foot in this thread.
A recap: the workbench was built with long stretchers having tusk tenons. Top arrises on stretchers are beat up but I’ll simply round those over. However, the tenons on one end of each stretcher need repaired.
Linux UI should copy Amiga OS

I finally was able to dig out my garage to have enough space for some woodworking, it was a lot of cleaning and planning not cutting, hence a rather a silent Sunday. There's a long way to go, but horizontal surfaces and the floor can be seen now and that's an embarrassing and exciting milestone. Feels good to be back in the "shop"!
