Executive Orders are just pieces of paper. Instead of rolling over and playing dead, why don't these groups lawyer up and defend their membership?
Scouting America *says* they won't treat trans members differently yet they signed a MOU - a Memorandum of Understanding - that specifies "biological boys and biological girls will not be permitted to share the same tents."

This is misleading. They leave out the parts where applicants must choose M or F (which may not align with their identity). And the part where that #gender precludes their choice of #bathroom.
They do admit they're disbanding their #DEI panel, cancelling that #badge (which was required to become an #EagleScout). And of course they are adding a #military badge (Scouting is a huge supplier already, a big number join).

It's true that if the (Scouting America) volunteers plan carefully they might be able to continue supporting all their members. But this means every venue at every public event has to have single, gender-neutral bathrooms. Every camping trip has to have single-occupancy tents. Just one trans teen sitting in a tent with someone else will trigger a SCOTUS attempt in court cases - we must remember their goals & prepare, while protecting youth as much as we can. Which I'm sure they are doing.
