@oatmeal it's not just going on in the US and they are using huge amounts of money to institutionalise support for their genocidal wars at a local level across the world. Critical thinkers are faced with threats of anti-semitsm and lies about what really goes on in the occupied territories and in the state of Israel itself. They have multiple tiers of Jewish recognition based on ethnic differences and of course, white Jews are top of the food chain. It's a horrible state and truth needs courage.

I said before #zionism is built on eugenics. Literally (Arthur Rupin is pupils from Ben Gurion to Golda) and practically, because of Eastern European Jewish hegemony made it possible for one group of Jews (Eastern Europeans) become dominant and replace ethnic Jews with Zionists and Judaism with Zionism.

@oatmeal indeed, and not forgetting the real origins of plonking a colony in the Middle East to act as a buffer against Soviet expansion. It could only have worked if it was populated by white Europeans and what better candidates than hundreds of thousands of refugees, ex military, and a buck load of cash from American investors. No natural resources, no existing population, and a two thousand year old property claim was all it needed and the consequences are still with right now.

In an interview with Isa Nakhleh the Arab Higher Committee rep to the UN back then he says specifically that the Jewish Agency representative played both sides. They approached the Russian delegation to secure a vote, promising that, as Russian speakers, they would represent Russian interests in the Middle East. They told the USians the same. Makhers through and through. If only the #Palestinians had been so crafty and cunning, they might have achieved a state in 1948 with a Jewish autonomy within it - just as the Balfour Declaration (with no legal standing) promised the Zionists.

@oatmeal what's worse was that Jewish communities that had lived in Palestine for centuries were at best ignored and at worst treated excatly the same as Palestinians. And when the Israelis invited people, the Ethiopian Jews were duped into going to Israel and were treated as second class because they were "converts" even though their heritage went back centuries.
