The only thing keeping my wife on #windows is #lightroom
I'm not a #photographer, so I don't know, but for the photographers out there who have used #darktable: How does it compare, can it be a solid replacement?

@delegatevoid for image processing, it is similar in capabilities (disclaimer: I haven't used LR in like a decade), though not a drop-in replacement - some things are easier, most things are a little harder, it feels more technical.
Some capabilities of LR that aren't directly related to raw photo development are not present at all, like the online storage and sharing platform.
Fortunately, it is easy to try, and there are plenty of written and filmed tutorials.
RawTherapee also runs on Linux.
@delegatevoid Darktable is more and more mature. This recent support's site will told you much more: https://darktable.info/en/welcome-to-the-modern-darkroom/
Regards.
@delegatevoid It's a pretty big learning curve, as it works in a very different way from Lightroom, and the 'flow' I find very confusing.
But it can replace most of Lightroom.
