Lol GIS disqualifies me on this Redfin thing. 🤣 #gis #mapping #geolocation #redfin
@ai6yr I'm not disqualified because I don't get paid for OSM work~

@ai6yr Yeah you found someone by look at feet so pretty sure it DQ's you. But Al Bundy has some thoughts

@ai6yr OK, so your clear path forward is to figure it out and post it here in the fediverse and hope it works out for someone who could really need a taste of good luck.

@sbourne

Answer to Clue A: is "Neighborhood Market"

Answer to Clue B: draw a square around the four corners states

@sbourne 303 area code is going to be a clue, on the Redfin "SOLD" sign - which is going to narrow it down to Colorado (303 area code)
@ai6yr @sbourne Oh no. I gave up that area code years ago. Whatever will I do?
@sbourne Unsure if this is a clue, but this house as a "3500" number. I suspect their "$1M house" is a new house though, not an old one.
@ai6yr In MA, $1M could get you a fixer-upper in a desirable town!

@sbourne @ai6yr

Let's get rainbolt onto it...

"That has the hue of Colorado"

@ai6yr @sbourne

303 is narrowly drawn to Denver metro area (overlay is 720). Majority of CO land area (N, E, W) is 970, Colo Spgs (S) is 719

@ai6yr @sbourne @tab2space Yeah though "million dollar house on the Front Range" narrows it down to the entire Denver/Boulder area

@simonbp @ai6yr @sbourne

In Boulder, $1M is 1950s construction 1200 sq ft w/ a half-car garage.

@tab2space @simonbp @sbourne Yeah... nothing in Boulder. Also, "Woodland Drive" is everywhere lol.
